I’ve broken out my own experience from check-in to boarding here. Smooth Arrival and Check-In On a weekday morning, I anticipated huge lines and airport pandemonium when I arrived at Terminal B. I was met with a quiet terminal with an Alaska Airlines check-in area that was well signposted. Staff members were on hand and willing to help anyone who needed assistance printing boarding passes or bag tags, and there were multiple self-service kiosks accessible.
